Mar de Fuego
My name is Valeria and I have been working fusing glass for about 17 years. Mar de Fuego was born in Ibiza in 2013, inspired by the Mediterranean and the marine air breathed on this island. All the pieces are designed and handmade in my workshop in Cala Vadella. I create using recycling transparent glass, which I paint and burn at 800 degrees using a special kiln, and its subsequent assembly on wood pallets, antique furniture or driftwood. Each piece is unique, inspired in the sea and made with fire.
