All of our flavored salts are made with salt from the salt flats of Ibiza. The secret behind the extraordinary vitality of Ibiza’s seabeds lies in a very special plant: Posidonia Oceanica. This plant helps maintain the purity of the trace minerals found in the seawater, which are absorbed by the salts and brines of our salt flats. At Fluxà Ibiza, we oversee the grinding of the salt, sun-dried and crushed in a stone mill, to achieve the ideal texture for blending with crushed red chili. The secret of this salt lies in the quality of the salt and the thickness of its grind, which perfectly integrates with the ground chili in the ideal proportion for seasoning food. Spicy chili is a food rich in vitamin C, making it very healthy for our body.
